Registration Rates for Movement Day 2013 Plenary & Tracks 
(includes lunch and conference materials)    

ALL TRACKSSuper Early Bird Registration:

Individuals (1-9 persons)  $149 per person   $159 per person  $179 per person   
Groups (10 or more persons)   $139 per person   $149 per person  $169 per person   

  Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 5 p.m. EDT 
A $25 fee will be charged for incomplete payment transactions. 

 Note: The fee for registration walk-in’s is $199 per person.  

A separate registration entry must be completed for each person who wishes to attend. Full payment is due at the initial point of registration. Registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, October 2, 2013.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All registration changes must be made in writing. Please e-mail all correspondence to registration@movementday.com.

Prior to Friday,
September 13:   

On or After Saturday, September 14 and Prior to Monday, September 30:  

On or After Monday, September 30:  

You will receive a full refund, less a $35 processing fee per registration      

You will be refunded at 50%, 
less a $35 processing fee per registration   

 No refunds will be issued  
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS: If someone from your church or organization will be 
attending in your place, please let us know in writing. There is no fee for this type of transfer.
