Registration & Cancellation Information

 

  Registration Rates for Movement Day 2011 Plenary & Tracks 
(includes lunch and conference materials)
Tracks 1-8 Only 
Early Bird Registration: 
On or before August 22 
 Regular Registration: 
After August 22   
  Individuals (1-9 persons)  $119 per person  $139 per person   
Groups (10 or more persons)    $109 per person    $129 per person   
  Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 5 p.m. 
No walk-in registrations will be allowed. 
A $25 fee will be charged for incomplete payment transactions. 
A separate registration form must be completed for each person who wishes to attend.
Full payment is due at registration. Postal, fax & internet registrations must be received by 5:00pm EDT on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. 
IMPORTANT:
In order to receive the Group Discount Rate, group registrations and
payment must be submitted together at the time of registration. 
 
 
 
 
 
IMPORTANT:
This track has a separate registration process and a different fee
($500 per person). 

 


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All registration changes must be made in writing. Please email all correspondence to registration@movementday.com .

Prior to August 22:    On or After August 22 
and Prior to September 12:  

On or After September 12:  

You will receive a full refund, 
less a $35 processing fee per registration   

You will be refunded at 50%, 
less a $35 processing fee per registration   

 No refunds will be issued.  
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS: If someone from your church or organization will be 
attending in your place, please let us know in writing. There is no fee for this type of transfer.
