Dynamic Leadership: From Risk to Renewal
Fast Company magazine recently reported that “a survey of evangelical pastors by seven seminaries found that while they said their education had prepped them well in church history and theology, they felt undertrained in administration, management, and strategic planning.” This track will encourage leaders to think critically and strategically about how to identify people and organizations at risk and what is necessary to bring renewal to their culture, their organizations and their own personal leadership.

Objectives:
• Gain an understanding of how to better engage the culture where you live and work.
• Interact with other leaders on navigating organizational changes with success.
• Hear a research-based presentation on how to recognize when a leader is at risk to themselves, their _organization and their family.
• Identify practical next steps for renewal in their culture, organization and personal leadership.
Format:
• “Culture at Risk” – Hear from Erwin McManus on innovative ways to engage your culture.
• “Organizations at Risk” – Participate in an interactive discussion with peers on navigating change _-in your organization.
Track Speakers:• “Leaders at Risk” – Hear from Marc Rutter on identifying where you as a leader may be at risk and in __need of renewal.

Erwin Raphael McManus, Lead Pastor, Mosaic
Erwin Raphael McManus is an artist, filmmaker, author, storyteller, activist, and innovator. He sees imagination as humanity's greatest resource. For over 30 years he has specialized in the field of creativity, innovation, human uniqueness, and discovering and maximizing personal genius.
As the creative force behind McManus Studios, Erwin focuses on fashion through Temple Bags, and film through Boy and Rocket. He also serves as the principle visionary and primary communicator of Mosaic in Los Angeles, a Senior Research Advisor for the Gallup Organization and is partners with Birkman International.
He is the author of An Unstoppable Force, a Gold Medallion Award finalist; Chasing Daylight; Uprising: A Revolution of the Soul; The Barbarian Way; Stand Against the Wind; Soul Cravings; and Wide Awake.
Marc Rutter, US National Director - Leadership Development and Human Resources Campus Crusade for Christ International
Marc Rutter has been on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ for 33 years. Currently Marc serves and helps provide strategic leadership on the North American/Oceania Area Team and US Leadership Team. He is the U.S. Ministries Director of Leadership Development.
Marc has had a history of training Campus Crusade staff to work with college students and has personally worked with students in the Mid Atlantic Region of the United States for many years. He has also provided strategic leadership for Priority Associates- the Marketplace Ministry.
Marc has an MA in Biblical Studies, a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, and is working on His thesis for his Doctor of Ministry.
